RNC Services is proud to announce the launch of our new enterprise level Backup Mail Service. When your mail server is not accessible by others you have a chance of losing valuable emails. These lost emails can result in lost sales and loss revenue.
Our new Backup Mail Service is great for businesses using Microsoft Exchange Server, operating their own email server or want the assurance of reliable mail service.
How does it work?
In the event of a failure, our Backup Mail Service redirects incoming e-mail to our email servers. Our Backup Mail Service periodically checks to see if the customer's primary mail server is back online and once online, all stored mail is forwarded to the customer ensuring mail recipients are unaffected by downtime.
The Backup Mail Service will attempt to redeliver mail to the customer's primary mail server for 14 days before returning it to the sender as undeliverable. The total storage available is1GB per domain name and is only $39.
Backup Mail Service provides businesses with a simple, low-cost way to guarantee that incoming mail is not missed while their primary mail server is unavailable.
